Reflecting Real Life: A Family’s Well-Being Category Can Change

A family’s social well-being category in the Digital Family Map is by no means static or permanent. The system presented at the Ministry of Labour briefing provides for continuous updates of data from state information systems, as well as a monthly review of each household’s current composition and overall level of well-being.

If a family’s circumstances change significantly – for example, a family member loses their job or the family’s financial situation changes noticeably – this is immediately reflected in the final assessment. If a family officially moves into a category that is legally entitled to the relevant support measure, the question of promptly granting or restoring it is considered in strict accordance with the conditions established by law.

However, a change of category does not in itself guarantee an immediate automatic payment without checking the other necessary grounds. That is why it is critically important for citizens to update their personal data in a timely manner and to have a real opportunity to correct any inaccurate information.
