Particular attention is paid to how accessible the environment is for people with disabilities and whether they can safely receive the services they need. Inspectors check the provision of special social services, the accessibility of social and transport infrastructure, and the implementation of rehabilitation measures.
Accessibility is not just a ramp or handrails. It is important that a person can safely enter a building, move around inside it and use the services they need without obstacles. All elements of the route must meet the established requirements.
