In the first nine months of 2026, 463,205 services for providing persons with disabilities with assistive devices and rehabilitation services were received through the Aleumet Social Services Portal. The Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Population of the Republic of Kazakhstan continues to develop the service, which allows citizens to choose the devices and providers they need independently, in line with their individual habilitation and rehabilitation programme.
Of the total, 330,300 services concerned the provision of assistive devices, 8,600 sign language interpreter services, 27,400 personal assistant services and 96,905 sanatorium and spa treatment.
The number of active service recipients who registered on the Portal in the first nine months of this year was 75,062. During this period, 11,285 products were also registered on the Portal. There are currently 690 suppliers of assistive devices, 433 of whom registered during the reporting period.
The Portal offers prosthetic and orthopaedic products, hearing and vision aids, mobility devices, mandatory hygiene products, as well as personal assistant, sign language interpreter and sanatorium and spa treatment services.
