“Labor Standardization in New Conditions: From Methodologies to Practice and Strategic Decisions.”
Moderator: Ayman Iskakova, Head of the Center for Standardization and Labor Regulation of RNIIOH.
The session was dedicated to the transformation of approaches to labor standardization in the context of digitalization across industries, the need to increase trust in standardization data, and the transition from formal methodologies to applied tools for managing workforce size and productivity.
