Republican Research Institute for Occupational Safety and Health Scientific Secretary Participates in Monitoring of a Scientific Project as a Scientific Expert.

On September 24, 2026, a working meeting on shaping the priority areas of scientific and technical activity for 2027–2029 was held in Almaty at the Gylym Ordasy venue. It was organized by the National Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Science Committee of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan. The Republican Research Institute for Occupational Safety and Health (RNIIOT) was represented by Inara Sarybayeva, Acting Deputy Director General.

The meeting presented new approaches identified on the basis of the results of the national scientific and technological foresight: about 220 scientific and technological objectives were defined through 70 expert sessions. Participants were introduced to five integrated priorities, including public health and quality of life, and the resilience of the state and society to complex threats.

For RNIIOT, participation in this work makes it possible to closely align research in occupational safety and health and occupational risk management with the strategic objectives of the country’s development.
