🔹 Zhambyl regional branch
The Zhambyl regional branch of the Republican Research Institute for Labor Protection carried out workplace certification and training of members of the enterprise's conciliation commission at Zhanshuak Medical Group LLP. The measures taken are aimed at assessing working conditions, identifying production factors and improving the level of safety of employees.
We continue to provide support to organizations in ensuring occupational safety and preventing industrial risks.
🔹Zhambyl regional branch
The Zhambyl Regional Branch of the Republican Research Institute for Labor Protection of the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Population of the Republic of Kazakhstan conducted an assessment of occupational risks, certification of production facilities, and training of members of the company's conciliation committee at the Grand Bazar shopping center. These measures were aimed at identifying production risks, improving working conditions, and enhancing employee safety.
We continue to provide support to organizations in ensuring occupational safety and reducing production risks.

The session discussed the transition to a risk-based model, the role of sanitary-epidemiological assessment of working conditions, alignment with international standards, digital tools for risk assessment, and the practical implementation of new requirements at both enterprise level and in the state labor inspection system.

As part of KIOSH 2026, within the seminar zone, the Republican Research Institute for Occupational Safety conducted a thematic seminar titled “Updating Approaches to Occupational Safety Training: How to Implement New Rules.”
Moderator: Gulnur Rakhimova, Head of the Unified Training and Methodological Center of RNIIOH.
The seminar was dedicated to practical issues of modernizing the occupational safety training system in the context of updated regulatory requirements and the transition to a proactive safety model. The focus was on developing sustainable safe behavior skills among employees, taking into account the human factor and the psychophysiological characteristics of personnel, as well as implementing modern training methods oriented toward real production environments.

- Lyubov Sharipova, Head of the Training Center of Bogatyr Komir LLP, who presented practical experience in building a proactive employee training system at a large industrial enterprise;
- Marina Tovstiy, Director of the Occupational Safety Research Center of the Research Institute of Labor under the Ministry of Labor of the Russian Federation, who addressed the impact of psychophysiological factors on occupational injury rates.
Best practices in implementing proactive training and reducing occupational risks were discussed.
The seminar served as a platform for exchanging experience and developing modern approaches to occupational safety.

Moderator: Raihan Meir, Senior Researcher at the Center for Standardization and Labor Regulation of RNIIOH.
The session was dedicated to the development of a unified digital ecosystem in occupational safety, cybersecurity issues, end-to-end data management, and the implementation of artificial intelligence in HSE systems.

The session was dedicated to modern approaches to the development of industrial medicine, changes in regulatory policy, and the improvement of occupational health systems in the industrial environment.
Participants discussed issues related to the prevention of occupational diseases, preservation of work capacity, and the implementation of international best practices.

As part of KIOSH 2026, the Republican Research Institute for Occupational Safety conducted a practice-oriented seminar titled “First Aid in Production Facilities and Sites: Master Training.”
The seminar was aimed at improving workers’ readiness to respond in emergency situations at production sites, as well as developing practical skills in providing first aid before the arrival of medical services.

Arman Amanbayev — Director of the Training Sector, Director of DOCTOREON.DE GmbH courses, Director of European Resuscitation Council (ERC) courses under BLS programs.
During the master training, participants were demonstrated modern algorithms for providing first aid, including Basic Life Support (BLS), assessment of a victim’s condition, and the sequence of actions in emergency situations at the workplace.
Special attention was given to hands-on practice, enabling participants to minimize risks to life and health before emergency specialists arrive.
The seminar confirmed that basic first aid skills are an integral part of the occupational safety system and a critically important element of ensuring safety at production sites.

On the second day of the KIOSH 2026 conference, a foresight session titled “Summarizing the Conference Results” was held, bringing together moderators of key panel and expert sessions.
The session served as the final stage of the business program, during which the outcomes of discussions were summarized and proposals were developed for the further advancement of the occupational safety system.

As part of KIOSH 2026 and the conference program, a session titled “Non-Destructive Testing and Technical Diagnostics” was held in the seminar zone.
The seminar was organized by the Republican Research Institute for Occupational Safety.
Moderator: Ardak Tleuzhanovna, Regional Coordinator of the Unified Training and Methodological Center of RNIIOH.
The session was dedicated to the training of a new generation of occupational safety specialists, modern competency requirements for instructors, and the application of intelligent technologies for assessing the human condition as a factor of industrial safety.
