Minister of Labour and Social Protection of the Population of the Republic of Kazakhstan Askarbek Yertayev held a working meeting with representatives of the Atameken National Chamber of Entrepreneurs (NCE). The meeting was attended by Chairman of the Management Board of Atameken NCE Kanat Sharlapayev, Deputy Chairs of the Management Board Timur Zharkenov and Gulnara Bizhanova, as well as representatives of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Population and the business community.<\/p>\n
The meeting focused on developing the labour market, expanding employment opportunities for citizens, providing employers with qualified personnel and further strengthening social partnership between the state, business and employees.<\/p>\n
The parties discussed how to make employment assistance mechanisms more effective and how to improve approaches to training specialists in line with the current needs of the economy.<\/p>\n
Particular attention was paid to staffing enterprises in industry, manufacturing and other sectors. The participants stressed the importance of taking employers\u2019 requests into account more closely when training specialists, which will help align citizens\u2019 professional competencies with labour market requirements and expand their employment opportunities.<\/p>\n
A separate part of the meeting was devoted to developing digital tools in the field of employment. In particular, the parties reviewed the capabilities of the Enbek.kz Electronic Labour Exchange, which is used for job searches, recruitment and collecting information on employers\u2019 staffing needs.<\/p>\n
The parties noted the importance of further developing digital solutions that speed up interaction between job seekers and employers.<\/p>\n
Following the meeting, the parties confirmed their interest in further strengthening cooperation between the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Population and Atameken NCE. Joint work will focus on making employment assistance measures more effective, developing the training of in-demand personnel and expanding employment opportunities for citizens in line with employers\u2019 real needs.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
