The “PRIME TIME” programme on the 24KZ TV channel aired a report on employers’ contribution to the training and professional development of employees.
In the report, Gulnur Meshitbayevna Rakhimova, Head of the Unified Training and Methodological Centre of the Republican Research Institute for Occupational Safety and Health of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Population of the Republic of Kazakhstan, shared her expert opinion and answered topical questions on staff training.
In particular, the report addressed how to assess Kazakhstani employers’ contribution to employee training, the scale of employer-funded training, the industries investing most actively in workforce development, and the specialists who today most need retraining and professional development.
