A model for differentiating social guarantees by the degree of occupational risk, developed under the Institute’s scientific and technical programme (STP)
Input data
The calculation is based on the matrix of differentiated core social
guarantees developed for digitalisation under the Institute’s STP.
The increased rate of pay is calculated from the minimum hourly wage (MHW).
For risk degrees 4 and 5, mandatory professional pension contributions (MPPC)
amount to 5% of the salary.
