On 7 October 2026, a working meeting chaired by N.T. Toleyev, Head of the Office of the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Population of the Republic of Kazakhstan, was held at the Republican Research Institute for Labor Protection of the Ministry.
By order of the Minister of Labor and Social Protection of the Population of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the duties of Acting General Director of the Republican State Enterprise with the right of economic management “RRILP of the MLSPP RK” have been assigned to Deputy General Director Yertay Zhalgaspayevich Otarov.
Yertay Otarov is a Doctor of Medical Sciences and a professor. He has more than 25 years of experience in healthcare and science. He began his career as a junior researcher and went through extensive managerial training, up to the position of Chairman of the Management Board of the National Center for Occupational Health and Occupational Diseases. We are confident that his professional knowledge and extensive experience will contribute to the further development of the Institute and the effective implementation of its core tasks.
During the meeting, the Ministry’s leadership wished Mr. Otarov success in his new role. They also wished him success in improving labor legislation, effectively carrying out the Institute’s core tasks, and achieving the established development targets.
